12Ks of Christmas
Walk, jog or run 12K in the lead up to Christmas and help raise funds for our vital mental health services.
Your 12Ks can be completed or over a series of days or weeks – why not try 1K a day or 4Ks once a week for three weeks or even 12Ks all in one go?! Undertaking a physical activity is not only good for your physical health but is also good for your mental health.
It’s only £12 to take part (that’s just £1 per kilometre!) and it’s up to you if you would like to raise additional sponsorship for your challenge, or make a donation.
We are also one of the chosen charities of the year for the Mayor of Chelmsford and so if you would like to raise sponsorship specifically for their causes please download a sponsor form here.
Record your 12Ks on the free apps such as Map My Run app, Map my Walk app or Strava and create a Just Giving page to get started; ask your friends and family to sponsor you! You can also download our sponsor form here.
When you’ve completed your 12Ks you can email a screenshot of your achievement to us at email@example.com by 12pm on 20th December, as well as adding it to your JustGiving page and all your social media channels.
Once we receive your completion email by this date we will send you a special medal to commemorate your achievement. You will also be entered into a prize draw to win a fabulous hamper, kindly donated by Poplar Nursery, which we’ll deliver specially to you just in time for Christmas!
