I joined Mid and North East Essex Mind in July 2017 as Marketing and Fundraising Manager.

I have worked in the voluntary sector for 10 years. I began my career working in Community and Events fundraising at Marie Curie Cancer Care in Norfolk before moving to London to take a position at Bowel Cancer UK, initially as a Community Fundraiser and then Community Fundraising Manager.

As someone with lived experience of mental health problems I am passionate about supporting everyone living with a mental health problem and eliminating the stigma around mental health.

I enjoy running and took part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October 2017 for Mid and North East Essex Mind.
