Mental Health Awareness Week

Each year Mental Health Awareness Week gives us the opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues and how they affect people, increasing understanding and reducing the stigma around mental health. This year the focus will be on stress and how this can affect our mental wellbeing.

Throughout the week we will be talking about stress and how this can be managed, giving you helpful tips, advice and information. You can also visit us at one of the events we are involved with for advice and support. Please find full details of these below together with how you can support us this Mental Health Awareness Week.
