Mental Health Awareness Week

Each year Mental Health Awareness Week gives us the opportunity to raise awareness of mental health issues and how they affect people, increasing understanding and reducing the stigma around mental health. This year the focus was on stress and how this can affect our mental wellbeing.
We would like to say a big thank you to all those who supported our events throughout Mental Health Awareness Week and those who organised their own event to raise awareness and donations in aid of our charity – this support will help us to continue our work with children and adults in the local area experiencing mental health problems.
