Introducing The North East Essex Sanctuary

Mid and North East Essex Mind and Suffolk and North Essex Integrated Care Board are delivering a new service for adults (18+) living North East Essex (Colchester and Tendring districts).

The North East Essex Sanctuary is a service dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. The Sanctuary aims to help individuals navigate mental health difficulties, offering support that is tailored specifically to their needs.

The service is open 365 days a year and offers 1 to 1 Support, group support and tailored plans.

Anyone worried about their mental health can self-refer to the Sanctuary. Community professionals can also refer – including Social Prescribers, charities and voluntary organisations.
