Alongside our fundraising promise, as a member of the Fundraising Regulator, we also respect their fundraising promise and code of conduct for any fundraising activity we undertake.

We are a local, independent charity connected to the national charity Mind. There are 140 local Minds across England and Wales. We all have to raise our own money to run our services. We each have our own board of trustees who are responsible for how we are run. Mid and North East Essex Mind work from Chelmsford to Clacton, from Braintree to Colchester – we cover all of mid and north east Essex.

If you want to raise some money or donate to support the work we do in the local area, make sure you are clear on any fundraising or cheques that the money is for Mid and North East Essex Mind. This means we can use this money locally. We cannot take donations to ‘Mind’.
