We are hosting our Managing Mental Health in the Workplace Training across Mid and North East Essex. This training is ideal for managers, team leaders or anyone wanting to increase their knowledge about mental health and stress in the workplace.
This training will increase your knowledge of common mental health problems in the workplace and your role as a team leader / manager. It is designed to help you to be able to recognise signs that a colleague may be struggling with their mental health and learn practical tips on how to support those in your team to do the same. Looking after your own well-being, learning how to initiate compassionate conversations and how to support and signpost to appropriate help will also be covered.
As the leading local mental health charity, Mid and North East Essex Mind understands what is needed when it comes to providing mental health training. Our goal is to provide local businesses, community groups and charitable organisations with the support they need to better support employees facing mental health challenges and how to best manage these in the workplace.
All of our training is delivered by mental health experts and all attendees are supported to learn in a safe environment with practical insights and reading materials.
£65per person (lunch and refreshments included). Please advise of any dietary requirements or allergies under additional information upon checkout.
