This fully funded course has been designed to increase understanding and awareness of our wellbeing and Mental Health and has been tailored to suit all abilities, either as an introduction, to raise awareness or to refresh existing knowledge. This course covers the following core areas:
- Understanding Mental Health and common mental health conditions
- Looking after our own mental wellbeing, managing stress and self-care strategies.
- Supporting others and signposting to support
Our course is delivered in a friendly and supportive environment, and participants are encouraged to explore together through discussions and activities to support a deeper understanding, with practical tools that can be carried forward into everyday life and a certificate of attendance for everyone that completes the training.
