Firewalk 2022

A Firewalk is the most inspirational journey you will ever undertake. It is as the name suggests, a bare foot walk over red-hot embers measuring around 800 degrees. No tricks, no special effects. Just you and the fire.

This World Mental Health Day, we invite you to join us for a life-changing experience and take part in our Firewalk!

Every penny you raise will help Mid and North East Essex Mind support local people experiencing mental health problems.
