Mental Health First Aid
Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a two day educational course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help a person who may be developing a mental health issue. In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.
It can be delivered either in your place of work or at the head office of Mid and North Essex Mind in Colchester. This course can be delivered to a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 16 people at one time. Please note we can only accommodate up to 10 people at our head office.
Who is it for?
