Salary – £33,000 pa pro rata (pro rata salary – £26,400 pa)

As Counselling Manager, you will hold operational responsibility for the clinical management of Mid & North East Essex Minds counselling services, including supporting, motivating and performance managing the teams. Following established processes, you will ensure high quality service delivery in line with good practice and professional requirements, monitoring and evaluating the impact and outcomes all whilst maintaining our BACP accreditation.
