Salary: £25,750 per annum pro rata (pro rata salary £20,600 pa)

The North East Essex Crisis Cafés are staffed by an experienced team who are on hand to listen and provide support to those leading towards a mental health crisis. They will operate from two central locations, one in Colchester and one in Clacton.

We have an opening for a Service Lead position leading the Team in our North East Essex Crisis Cafes. Working in partnership with EPUT and the Haven Project, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service and the management of the teams to ensure cover 7 days a week between the hours of 16:00 – 23:00.

The role will involve working in partnership to ensure that vulnerable people have a safe environment in which to manage their crisis and provide back-up services, where necessary.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in supporting adults in the community, working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, with a knowledge of the local community and the support available. Experience of working within Mental Health Services is an advantage as is management experience.
