We are recruiting for Senior Practitioners to work in our Wellbeing and Resilience Mental Health Service (WARMS), which is an empowering and approachable service offering non-judgmental and inclusive support in a timely and effective manner. We work ethically and collaboratively with young people, parents and schools inspiring them to work towards their goals, develop more positive mental health and celebrate their uniqueness.

The Senior Practitioner will utilise skills and knowledge of CBT and child and adolescent mental health practice providing individual support, workshops, training and groups as well as supervising qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners, enabling them to grow and develop excellence.

Our team is made up of a range of professionals including Education Mental Health Practitioners, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, nurses, therapists, counsellors, and teachers and have a wealth of experience and skills gained from working within mental health and educational backgrounds which adds to our unique service.
