Living with relationship loss – breakfast event

Supporting People Through Relationship Loss: Join Our March Breakfast Event

Relationship loss, through separation, divorce or bereavement, can have a huge impact on someone’s wellbeing. It can also be a time when people are at greater risk of suicide, and when they need support the most.

To help professionals feel more confident responding to these situations, Mid and North East Essex Mind and Suffolk Mind are hosting a Living with Relationship Loss breakfast event on Thursday 5 February 2026 at Stoke-by-Nayland Golf Club.

Over the morning, we’ll look at the emotional impact of relationship loss, the warning signs that someone may be struggling, and a practical approach to having supportive, safe conversations. You’ll also hear insight from mental health specialists and lived experience speakers.

This event is ideal for family law professionals, mediators, and managers who want to better support clients and colleagues during difficult life changes.

Tickets are £20.
