Mental Health Awareness Week 13 – 19 May
Every year, 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem. But too many of us aren’t getting the help we need.
Over 2 million people are waiting for NHS mental health services. Since 2017, the number of young people struggling with their mental health has nearly doubled.
That’s why we’re launching #NoMindLeftBehind for Mental Health Awareness Week 2024. We’re calling on you to raise awareness and vital funds for a future where everyone can get quality mental health care when they need it.
Get involved this Mental Health Awareness Week:
- Spread the word. Share our campaign on social media throughout the week. And encourage your friends and family to do the same.
- Donate today to help us drive change and be there for more people who need us.
- Organise or take part in a fundraising event. We are an independent charity and rely on grants and donations to support our community.
Together, we can make sure that no mind is left behind.
