Join us at Invasion Colchester 2026

Mid and North East Essex Mind is proud to be one of the three chosen charities at this year’s Colchester Invasion – the annual charity event held in Colchester City Centre, featuring characters from popular TV and film franchises like Star Wars, Marvel and more.

You’ll find our team outside Fenwick on 5th September, where we’ll be running a range of fun and meaningful activities to support mental health across our region. Come and take part in our Lucky Numbers Board, try your hand at our fundraising games, and learn more about the vital services we provide for people in Mid and North East Essex.

Whether you’re stopping by for a chat, looking for wellbeing resources, or simply want to get involved in something that makes a real difference, we’d love to see you.
