The Mental Health Toolkit: The Essentials is an award-winning, interactive online workshop designed to strengthen wellbeing in the workplace.
During this half-day course, you’ll explore the Mental Health Continuum—the spectrum that reflects our shifting mental health—and be introduced to the Emotional Needs & Resources model.
When our emotional needs aren’t met, it can lead to signs of poor mental health. By learning how to recognise and meet those needs, you’ll gain practical tools to support your own wellbeing and better care for the people around you.
The Mental Health Toolkit: The Essentials is designed to help you:
Challenge common myths around mental health
- Build awareness of your emotional needs
- Strengthen your ability to support yourself and others
- The session also explores topics such as sleep and depression, safety and trauma, practical ways to meet your needs, and how to make the most of your natural resources.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this workshop introduces one of the most forward-thinking approaches to wellbeing currently available in the UK.
