Take on the Three Peaks for Mental Health

Take on this 3 day walking challenge, to help support better mental health locally.

Step into the stunning Yorkshire Dales and take on the iconic Three Peaks Challenge, a 24‑mile adventure through dramatic limestone landscapes, sweeping views, and the unforgettable Ribblehead Viaduct.

By taking on this challenge, you’ll be doing something pretty unforgettable, and helping Mid and North East Essex Mind continue supporting people across our local communities when they need it most.

We’ve partnered with Discover Adventure, who’ll guide you through the weekend from start to finish.
