Mid and North East Essex Mind can confirm that Ginny Idehen has been appointed as the new CEO. Ginny joins from her role at Combat2Coffee where she has been Director on an interim basis. Prior to this Ginny has held senior roles at Ormiston Families and Suffolk Mind. The role became vacant after the departure of James McQuiggan who is leaving the organisation after thirteen years to pursue a new role as CEO at Autism Anglia.
Ian Beaumont, Chair of the Board of Trustees at Mid and North East Essex Mind said “we are delighted to have appointed Ginny as our new CEO in what will be an exciting time at the charity leading the delivery of our new organisational strategy. Ginny brings a wealth of experience, knowledge of mental health issues and enthusiasm to the role.
