    We’d love to share your stories on our blog! Our blog is all about inspiring people to live mentally healthy lives and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. It’s also a place where people can feel connected and know they’re not alone.

    If you have a story to share, please tell us below. We’d prefer stories from people living or working in Mid and North East Essex to keep that local touch. Just to let you know, we don’t feature professional blogs.

    We usually aim for stories between 500 to 1,000 words. While we love your openness, we suggest you do not share too many personal details, although we can publish your story anonymously. Sometimes, we might make small changes to your blog to help more people find it on search engines.

    To keep things positive, let’s avoid sensitive topics like politics or religion. If you’re unsure about something, feel free to ask us before spending time on it. We want this to be a great experience for you!
