Wear it Blue for World Mental Health Day!

This World Mental Health Day, we’re asking you to join us in wearing blue for better mental health!

Friday 10 October is World Mental Health Day.

Wear It Blue is an easy way to come together, raise awareness, and show support for mental health here in Mid and North East Essex.

At work, at school, or at home, simply wear something blue and be part of a wave of support across our community.

Every pound raised goes straight back into Mid and North East Essex Mind’s services, so we can keep being there for local people when they need us most.

Contact our friendly fundraising team to learn more or to request balloons posters, or anything else you need to make your ‘Wear it Blue’ day a success.

  • Dress in blue for a day and ask colleagues, pupils or family for a £1 per person donation

  • Organise a blue-themed coffee morning or bake sale

  • Challenge yourself, a blue-themed run, cycle, or dance-a-thon!

Whatever you do, do it in blue and help us bring mental health into the spotlight this World Mental Health Day.

Thank you for supporting #WearItBlue 💙

Your support will help us make sure that no one in our community struggles with a mental health problem alone.
